a little bit about me
Eden Wye
Welcome to my page! I’m Eden Wye, from the U.K. but I have been living abroad since 2019. For three years I was living in Seoul, South Korea. Recently I have relocated again; this time to the U.S, more specifically, the Deep South, Bible Belt, America. I’m just trying to navigate my way through life here and all the culture shocks that come with it, whilst also reminiscing on my time spent living in South East Asia.
So you’re thinking of moving abroad and don’t know how or where to start? Hopefully my blog can help you with a few of those how’s and where’s. Or maybe you’re just curious about life in a different country and want to hear some stories from those who have done it? For whatever reason you have found yourself here, hopefully there will be something to interest or assist you with on your journey.
Sharing Is Caring!
Here you will find stories from my lived experiences overseas, some friendly advice on things I wish I had known before setting off on my adventures, and some of my personal recommendations.
Thank you for stopping by, I hope you can find what you are looking for here, whether it’s inspiration, comfort, or just something to pass the time, be sure to check back regularly for new posts, I will be posting something new each week. If you like anything I write about, or anything resonates with you, please leave a comment or share with a friend. Also, if there are any topics you would like me to discuss please let me know. I appreciate you!
My Goals With This Blog
Mostly I craved my own creative space, but in the process of creating it I realised there is so much I wish to share with others. Like…
- Inspiring others to create a life they desire
- Offering insight into life abroad
- Entertaining others with my own experiences, stories & recommendations
-
While this blog is still in its early stages my recent posts will mostly consist of stories from South Korea. With time I promise to provide more advisory and guide based information, and I will include more from my experiences in other countries too. Thank you for your support!
